Hello, I’m D-Free, the superhero of RYTES Company. My job is to educate everyone on what it takes to avoid F-Tag’s evil plots. You see, F-Tag is on a mission to take over skilled nursing facilities by leaving his “F- Bombs,” which are violations of compliance and regulations. But don’t worry, my team and I are here to protect you from F-Tag’s destructive plans. The gems on my head represent different aspects of compliance, including policies, procedures, training records, statues, regulations, and relevant documentation. The green crystal represents audio and visual evidence, while the red crystal represents observations. The front crystal symbolizes record review. Together, these investigation gems help us ensure that facilities comply with all laws and regulations. With our commitment to effective education, we’ll stop F-Tag in his tracks.
Greetings, I am F-Tag, also known as the Federal Tag. It has become my life mission to impose penalties and closures on all skilled nursing facilities. Despite the continuous efforts of my nemesis D-Free, and his team of heroes – who always believe themselves to be steps ahead – I manage to stay just behind them. But don’t be fooled, although my overarching goal is Operation: F-Bomb, I enjoy a good work friendship with D-Free and work alongside everyone to educate the public about my F-Bombs’ capabilities and how they can affect the integrity of nursing homes. But be warned, I’m always looking for an opportunity to bring the full force of my weapons to bear on the unsuspecting and compliant alike. So, tread carefully, for I am ever present, ever watching, and ever ready to take you down.
Hello all, my name is Agent O-Noh. I work with D-Free and goody-two-shoes F-Tag here to teach anyone and everyone about compliance through the eyes of a government investigator. While I don’t directly teach compliance like D-Free, I’m mainly stationed in courses involving cases. While I sometimes have sunglasses on, be careful not to mistake them as rose-colored glasses.
